Shree Radhey Enterprises is a registered organization, enrolled under sole proprietorship format of Madhya Pradesh Government on 8th August 2017. it’s a philanthropic effort & thought of Mr. Anand Shukla, under leadership of Mrs. Anupranit Shukla owner and proprietor of SRE, to establish a wing to extend all possible support to development partners at various level of intervention. SRE is a hub of core development professionals, pool of experts and skilled man power from various section of development sector, working together to provide technical and managerial support.
SRE is made functional from last 3 year in this sector, but having a long working experience in Research and Programme Management with its core staff and allied group of experts working under the umbrella of SRE. In recent years we have executed more than 6 research programme, and 8 community programmes in the state of Madhya Pradesh & Chattisgarh spreading over 21+ districts. The staff and associated experts of SRE have the capacity to facilitate and support in successful execution of project in the state of Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh.
At SRE we thought that, Evidence and findings from previous research usually influence design, monitoring and evaluation of development policies. Development research is a common interest among researchers who are doing research to create and generate evidence, and policymakers who use the research evidence to design development policies research can be utilized to accelerate knowledge creation, to find answers to solve policy and Proramme problems, to be a source of interactive and collective processes in decision making, to be ingredients for political debates, and policy negotiations, and to influence policy and provide intellectual benefits to society. Also point out that the role of development research is to provide solutions to development problems, to support monitoring and evaluation, and to influence development policies for achieving better development outcomes.
SRE has executed research based programmes; wherein some research study and programmes were directly formulated, investigated and executed on the issues related Adolescent health and education which were focusing on Holistic development of the adolescent hitting the issues on Health, Nutrition Education, Livelihood management and Socio emotional development; the direct beneficiaries are adolescent and young peoples of the community and with an approach of Peer Learning; wherein the other stake holders were also taken into consideration for sustainable movement and continuation of change in agent.
