Research is "creative and systematic work undertaken to increase the stock of knowledge". It involves the collection, organization, and analysis of information to increase understanding of a topic or issue. It’s an expansion on past work in the field. To test the validity of instruments, procedures, or experiments, research may replicate elements of prior projects or the project as a whole. The primary purposes of basic research (as opposed to applied research) are documentation, discovery, interpretation, and the research and development (R&D) of methods and systems for the advancement of human knowledge. Research and development (R&D) include activities that undertakes to innovate and introduce new products and services. It is often the first stage in the development process. The goal is typically to understand the issues and concerns about the objective. At SRE we thought that, Evidence and findings from previous research usually influence design, monitoring and evaluation of development policies. Development research is a common interest among researchers who are doing research to create and generate evidence, and policymakers who use the research evidence to design development policies research can be utilized to accelerate knowledge creation, to find answers to solve policy and Programme problems, to be a source of interactive and collective processes in decision making, to be ingredients for political debates, and policy negotiations, and to influence policy and provide intellectual benefits to society. We are trying to develop ourselves as development and research-oriented organization to support and assist in the process of overall development of community and society as a whole. With a pool of research and development expert we are in process to become a well-versed Research Support Organization.
Community mobilization is a process through which action is stimulated by a community itself, or by others, that is planned, carried out, and evaluated by a community's individuals, groups, and organizations on a participatory and sustained basis to improve the health, hygiene, education and livelihood levels so as to enhance the overall standard of living in the community. A group of people have transcended their differences to meet on equal terms in order to facilitate a participatory decision-making process. In other words, it can be viewed as a process which begins a dialogue among members of the community to determine who, what, and how issues are decided, and also to provide an avenue for everyone to participate in decisions that affect their lives. With an effective team for community mobilization and set of protocols to establish dialogues with the community SRE is become a most viable alternate to support for community mobilization process at community level.
IEC/BCC activities play a very important and strategic role in the area of development. Strategic IEC/ BCC programs use a systematic process to understand people’s behaviour and influences. A successful IEC/ BCC plan would help in refuting myths and misunderstandings prevalent in the society and will lead to a demand for the various development services being provided and availed by the beneficiaries, thus bringing about a behavioural change among individuals and the community at large. With a vast experienced personal at SRE we can create a transformative change at community level, where the knowledge transforms into practice .
Brand promotion involves informing, reminding, persuading convincingly and influencing the buyers/beneficiaries to drive their purchasing/availing decision in favour of a brand. It also focuses on building a loyal and long-term customer/beneficiary base. The process involves: Marketing the brand name and logo rather than individual products. With a proven record SRE involves in branding and promotion work at community and society level. The strategic interventions for branding and promotion the involvement and availing standards of beneficiaries have been remarkably increased. This service of SRE is for establishment of Brands and core values of brand at direct beneficiaries and buyer. .
Shree Radhey Enterprises is a registered organization, enrolled under sole proprietorship format of Madhya Pradesh Government on 8th August 2017. it’s a philanthropic effort & thought of Mr. Anand Shukla, under leadership of Mrs. Anupranit Shukla owner and proprietor of SRE, to establish a wing to extend all possible support to development partners at various level of intervention.
